Class Descriptions

This class is for all levels of fitness. This class is designed to speed up your metabolism & increase your strength and agility. Classes incorporate the use of kettlebells, TRX, battleropes & other training tools.

Iron Strength

This class introduces you to advanced kettlebell, barbell and bodyweight skills that are both more challenging and also more effective. This class builds on the foundation you develop in the ELITE Fit class.

Virtually ELITE

A virtual fitness class via Zoom where you get a personalized training experience from the comfort of your own home.

KB Core

The Kettlebell is the main training tool we use at ELITE Strength; so it’s fitting that we offer a KB Core class where you learn all the key Kettlebell Exercises that you need to know to use a Kettlebell to get a thorough workout.
